Wter Water Water
Day 3 :) So today I woke up and ate a granola bar + 2 eggs and a lipton green tea citrus for breakfast. It was pretty good, but I accidentally got the normal tea and not diet, oh well, I still know that I will be fine in the long run. Today was the first day of my diet that I went to work, I just had a granola for my snack 3 hours in, and was starving when I got home haha. When I got home I ate a salad with wine vinaigrette dressing and shredded baked chicken that I made a few nights ago. It was absolutely delicious, and as the night goes by Every couple of hours I snack on a granola or 90 calorie cereal bar. Most importantly, I have been drinking A TON OF WATER. I'm in the restroom like every 30 minutes lol. I did my normal 30 sit ups today, when I finished I could definitely feel something going on. I'm excited to see the results in the end of this. Next sunay I will up it to 60 a day and I will start running. I'm feeling pretty confident. Well, that's all for today, see you all tomorrow. OH and remember, Let's Get Physical :)
