I'm huuungry
Well here we are, day 2 of 130. Today for me was more about getting the feel of how exactly I want things to go. I'm starting out just doing 30 sit ups a day to get my body going. Yeah it isn't a lot, but that is more physical activity then I usually do haha. I went out to the store and bought some healthy snacks and 100 calorie packs so I have something to snack on whenever I get hungry. I also discovered diet lipton green tea - citrus flavored. It is soooo good. This is definently not going to be easy but I am hoping that I can do this. I think I can :) Every week I'm going to add a new excessive to my daily routine. Next Sunday will be running :) I know this is going to be a long hard process so I hope that I don't start expecting immediate results. I'm hoping this really does work out for me. If anyone out there reads this and finds themselves in the same situation know that I'm here to hopefully inspire :) Alright well I'll be back tomorrow, have a good evening. Let's Get Physical :)
