Confidently Content

Wow Day 6 already? I feel like this is flying by! I'm incredibly confident with how things are turning out. I'm eating better, I'm exercising and I just feel all around better :) Today was definitely a crazy day, I had to work a long 9 hour shift but that is fine because it's burning calories on my feet. It's incredibly hot here and I had to go do stuff outside 3 times for about 10-20 minutes each today so I was sweating and walking/running/pulling heavy objects a lot. I think that will definitely help with extra burned calories :) I've been doing a lot of research just to learn things about getting healthy and how bodies work. Did you know that you don't do sit-ups to burn calories? They are meant to build muscle which in turn burns more calories then fat? Anyways, I went to the store today and bought a bunch of healthy foods, running shoes and the occasional Sex and the City DVD Haha. I figured it would be good to reward myself :) I also found some small healthy deserts in the frozen section called "Smart Ones", they look good :) Alright well I'm going to go enjoy the rest of my night before I go to bed. You know what tomorrow is? Sunday! And that means I add to my exercise routine! I'll be doing 30 sit ups TWICE a day instead of once, and I will start my running! Can't wait to tell you how all that goes! Cya tomorrow! Let's Get Physical! :)
