Less Then Needed

As of today I have lost another 4 lbs. I haven't been blogging and probably won't to much, not that exciting to me anymore. Just going to post milestones and such.

Yum Yum

I had a Pumpkin Bar and I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm not going to 100% starve myself of the good that I love. I figure that one small bar wasn't going hurt me. I'm still doing my sit ups and push ups, and I will add something else next Sunday (Which will also be my second item weighing myself since I started this) This is going to be a very short one tonight, I'm tired and work early in the morning. Kickin my ass

Work is kickin my ass! I was way to tired last night after working 1-10 and I missed exercising and blogging :( But I did enough movement yesterday that I am sure it won't effect it too much. Had to go out and get food today after work (Another rigorous type of work out that makes em sore haha) so I now have a bunch more lean cuisines. They are pretty much amazing. So I did it, last night was the first night I had had Burger King since I started. I didn't get a drink, just stuck with my tea. I did get a Double Cheeseburger w/ Ketchup n Mustard and an order of Mozzarella sticks and it WAS SOOOO GOOD haha. I've decided that here is no way I can completely cut that out of my life, but I will only have it maybe once a month now compared to the every day I was having it before starting this. Needless to say I think the diet is going well. I don't weigh myself tomorrow but next Sunday and I am hoping I will see more progress! Alright well I am off for the night, have a good one. Looking back

That's what I want from this. I want to be able to look back and see what I was thinking, when I was thinking it and why I was thinking it. This really is not an easy thing to do. Sometimes I just sit here and I think "I could go get Burger King right now" but I don't. I fight my urges because I honestly want to see myself get fit. I want to be comfortable to take my shirt off around others. I want to be able to attract the people that attract me. It really is vain, but I want it and there is no denying that. One thing I need to learn is that I cannot starve myself. I want to have some of the foods I like even if they aren't the most healthy. There are plenty of people out there in the world that are incredibly fit and still enjoy some junk food every once in awhile. That is why I have decided that on my cheat day I am going to get that Burger King because with the amount of work I have been doing I honestly think I deserve it. I think this first month and a half is really about getting used to the idea of living a healthier lifestyle. When it comes down to 3 months left I will be really hitting it hard. I always see things done within 3 months, 12 weeks. I figure that is a healthy time to do what I want in without injuring myself. As you can see I have really been thinking about this a lot. It really is imortant to me. Alright well I am off to watch my show, have a good night. Let's Get Physical! :)

Yawn

Tonight is going to be very quick, I am extremely tired and want sleep haha. I've done my sit ups today and after I did them I decided to do 20 push ups. I think if I start working on arm strength it will really help me tone the rest of my body in the long run. Not to mention I would love to do one real pull up haha. Let's Go Shopping!

Alright so day 16 I believe and I am starving lol. I really need to go shopping and get more food. My father decided to eat half of the healthy stuff I bought leaving me nothing to have now. I'm still doing my sit ups and walking. I am extremely tired right now to say the least. This will definently be a quick one. I've really been wondering lately if I will be able to reach a goal of being fit by my birthday. I mean ,I have over 3 and a half months to do it, but am I going to be able to keep up with the will power? I had a tiny pumpkin bar today, not diet at all but I was really craving something sweet and I know that a tiny indulgence won't hurt. I really want Burger King. Like REALLY want it lol. I think I am going to have it on my cheat day. It sounds so incredibly good. Anyways, I'm off to relax. Have a good night! Let's Get Physical! :)

Chica Bomb

Kay so last night as lame, when I tried to do my blog it wouldn't let me! Oh well, twice the info. Alright you ready for it?...........I've lost 5.5 lbs!!! Ahh I'm super happy :) It's nice to know that what I am doing actually seems to be working. I still haven't managed to run lately, not really sure why. I am going to start taking 30 minute walks every day in place until I get he strive to run again. Not only has this all happened but a friend of mine has asked me to find a house with him and his girlfriend! I'm incredibly excited about this. It is good to not only get my body healthy but my life and mind. I have found a great song to work out to, it is called "Chica Bomb" by Dan Balan. He's the guy from O-zone who did that old popular song Dragostai Din Tei (The numa numa song). Needless to say I am feeling happy and confident about what I am doing. Slowly but sure I will be moving towards a much happier and healthier life :) Alright well I am going to enjoy the rest of my night. You all have a good one! Let's Get Physical! :)

Nervous

So I am nervous. Tomorrow will be the first time I have weighed myself since this whole thing started. I'm afraid I won't see any results at all. I told myself it wasn't important to see results but in my mind I just want to know the work I am putting forth is actually working somehow. The real big goal is to be fit by my birthday though. I am going to start running again tomorrow. Now that I am fully recovered from being ill I think things should go a lot more smoothly. I Just Want More

I'm not really sure at the moment which day it is, but its a day :P I need to start finding myself a wider variety of foods to eat. I will admit that I am starting to get a little discouraged because I am honestly starting to miss the foods that I loved so much. Today was the first day that I've done sit ups in a couple of days because I finally feel better. I'm going to start my running again on sunday. That also happens to be the day that I am going to weigh myself but I honestly do not expect to have lost anything. It's been a little tough lately with my work schedule for me to eat normally. Some days I don't get off of work until 10 and I can't eat till late. You know what I really miss? Burger King. A Double Cheeseburger without Pickles, cheese sticks and a dr pepper! Sounds so incredibly good. But I have to stay strong, it's so important to me that I get healthy and fit, and I really think i can do it this time. I am going to get my Wii Interactive exercise game back from my sister soon. That is definently a good work out that will really help me. Breathe In

And were back, sadly I missed yesterdays post because I was so incredibly sick that I Just laid in bed and slept all day. I haven't exercised in a few days which sucks, but I've still been eating healthy. I'm thinking of trying this "Beach diet" my mom told me about with some Doctor oz or something...Idk I'm probably going to go running again tomorrow morning. Cough Cough

Yes, day 9(exactly 4 months left till the deadline) and I'm sick as a dog. I haven't really been able to exercise today expect for the 6 hours of standing at work. I ache, I cough, I sneeze. But I still have been eating healthy. I went to the store after work real fast and bought 14 lean cuisines lol. I figure my calorie intake is around 1500 a day which has to be like half what it was 2 weeks ago lol. Once I get better I'll get back to running(my legs still kinda hurt) and sit ups. It sucks that I had to get sick so early in the game, but that's life for ya. Well this is a short one today, I'm going to go lay down and try to feel better. Let's Get Physical(and Healthy xD) :)
